About the event
Before taking the real estate salesperson's exam, a 40-hour accredited license training course is required. MI License instructors teach the principles of real estate according to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Statutory course requirements. Class includes text book, class resources, study materials, and classroom presentations.
