John Boguslawski

When you meet John the first thing you will notice is how much he enjoys his work. After 25 years as an owner, manager, recruiter, trainer and general practitioner in real estate, John has returned to his first love - one on one client representation. John is an Associate Broker with Greenridge Realty and has achieved educational designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), and Certified Relocation Professional (CRP). Less than 2% of all agents hold these credentials.

Married to Sally for over 25 years, they are proud of their three daughters, and are enjoying watching as they build careers and families. Native West Michiganians, they are excited to share their secrets of the best things to see and do as you learn your way around. During his career John has been recognized time and again for his dedication and excellence. He has been elected several times by his peers to offices in his Association of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service. John has even serves as President and in 1995, he was again honored by his fellow agents as "Realtor of the Year".

Gregory Gronbacher

Originally from New York City, Gregory has called the Grand Rapids area home for the past 21 years.
Currently, Gregory has been a Realtor®, working with Greenridge since 2014, selling and buying homes throughout West Michigan.


Gregory has spent most of his career in marketing communications. He served 11 years at Amway Corporate as a digital marketing associate and web editor. Prior to Amway, he was Communications Director for Summit Training Source - an environmental, health, and safety training company providing online learning programs to Fortune 500 companies.


Prior to his career in marketing communications, Gregory was a college professor, teaching in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Dublin, Ireland. His fields are philosophy and theology.


Gregory earned his BA in politics, theology, and philosophy at Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio (1990), his Masters in philosophy and political theory at the International Academy of Philosophy in Schaan, Liechtenstein (1992), and did his doctoral studies in philosophy at the Milltown Institute in Dublin, Ireland (1995).

Laura Featherston

Laura obtained her real estate license in 2002 and has been an active, top producing agent with Greenridge Realty’s Summit 
office ever since. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Laura worked in advertising and marketing for 15 years, after obtaining 
her bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Michigan State University. Laura is originally from the east side of the state 
and lived in Chicago after college. She and her family moved to Rockford in 1997. She loves living and selling real estate 
in West Michigan and can’t imagine being anywhere else. Laura has been a school board trustee for the Rockford Public Schools Board of Education since 2006. In her spare time, Laura enjoys golfing, cycling, needlepoint and reading. She has been married to her husband, Dave for 23 years and has 2 daughters. 
Laura is currently a member of the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors Leadership Academy. She holds an AHWD (At Home with Diversity) Certification and has been through GRI I and II.
