John Boguslawski
When you meet John the first thing you will notice is how much he enjoys his work. After 25 years as an owner, manager, recruiter, trainer and general practitioner in real estate, John has returned to his first love - one on one client representation. John is an Associate Broker with Greenridge Realty and has achieved educational designations of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), and Certified Relocation Professional (CRP). Less than 2% of all agents hold these credentials.
Married to Sally for over 25 years, they are proud of their three daughters, and are enjoying watching as they build careers and families. Native West Michiganians, they are excited to share their secrets of the best things to see and do as you learn your way around. During his career John has been recognized time and again for his dedication and excellence. He has been elected several times by his peers to offices in his Association of Realtors and Multiple Listing Service. John has even serves as President and in 1995, he was again honored by his fellow agents as "Realtor of the Year".

Gregory Gronbacher
Originally from New York City, Gregory has called the Grand Rapids area home since 1995.
Gregory has been licensed since 2013 and has been with Greenridge since 2015. He teaches the licensing course, continuing education, and test preparation sessions. A former university professor, Gregory enjoys the classroom environment and helping students prepare for their careers.

He has played a key role in shaping the educational landscape for agents and brokers across Michigan through his work as an instructor, curriculum designer, and industry consultant.
​
Gregory teaches the 40-hour pre-licensure course, broker training, and multiple continuing education programs, including legal updates and specialized compliance topics.
​
In addition to classroom instruction, Gregory has contributed to numerous real estate textbooks and online courses, drawing on his 20+ years of experience in higher education, instructional design, and professional training.

Bill Rasmussen
​
Bill Rasmussen serves as an Associate Broker with Greenridge Realty in Greenville,
Michigan, bringing more than four decades of real estate expertise to his clients. Licensed
as a Real Estate Agent since 1978 and as a Broker since 1986, Bill’s career is defined by his
commitment to professionalism, integrity, and results. Bill is certified to teach Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education, where he conducts training for both prospective and veteran real estate salespeople, associate brokers, and brokers.

He holds prestigious designations from the National Association of Realtors, including
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB).
In addition to his brokerage experience, Bill has worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer and
Real Estate Sales Trainer, sharing his extensive knowledge of residential sales with other
professionals in the field.

A past Realtor of the Year with the Montcalm County Association of Realtors, Bill has been
recognized as a top-producing broker, achieving an average of more than 100 closed
transactions annually over multiple consecutive years. His diverse background also
encompasses residential and commercial property sales, commercial property
evaluations, brokerage management, errors and omissions insurance sales, and home
warranty sales.

Before beginning his real estate career, Bill worked in purchasing and engineering at
Electrolux in Greenville and Belding. Today, he focuses primarily on residential sales, where
he leverages his deep industry knowledge and decades of experience to provide clients
with expert guidance and exceptional service.
Christian Rasmussen
Christian Rasmussen is a Real Estate Sales Agent and Realtor® with Greenridge Realty out of
the Greenville Office. Licensed at 18 years old, he has been an active agent for the past two years, and has achieved well over average production, both in transaction sides and volume. Christian is certified to teach Pre-Licensing and Continuing Education, where he conducts training for both prospective and veteran real estate salespeople, associate brokers, and brokers.
Prior to becoming an active agent, Christian informally aided his father, Bill Rasmussen, as Bill conducted Real Estate Sales and Commercial Property Evaluations. In addition to Real Estate Sales, Christian has worked for Frye Law Office, performing Real Estate, Probate, Titlework, and Trust Legal Administrative Tasks.
At 20, Christian attends Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he is
studying Business Administration. At Ross School of Business, he has worked in the Tozzi
Finance to obtain Bloomberg Certifications in Finance and Market Concepts. He is now a fully
licensed and active Real Estate Agent with knowledge and experience in West Michigan
Real Estate Market.
Apart from Real Estate and attending the University of Michigan, Christian performs Comedy
Magic, which he has been doing for 10 years. Additionally, Christian earned his Private Pilot’s License at the age of 17, and he flies frequently.
