Con Ed Classes

We offer in-person CE classes, including two hours of legal updates, one hour of fair housing, and three hours of elective topics. 
 

  • All classes begin at 9:30 am at our Summit Office  4250 E. Beltline, 49525
     
  • Referral licensees should use the referral code when registering and paying for the class.

Con Ed Rules​
 

  • Your CE Cycle is your Individual Licensing Cycle (See your license for the date).
     
  • Each year, you need 2 hours legal, 1 hour fair housing 
     
  • 9 electives within the 3-year licensing cycle 
     
  • 18 hours total every 3 years
     
  • You can check your CE credits at CE Marketplace.
     
  • NOTE: We CANNOT verify or check your credits for you.

Please Note:

To accommodate the new CE requirements, class options are 3-hour or 6-hour
