Michigan 40-Hour Pre-Licensing Class
We offer the State-Required 40-hour Pre-Licensing Class required before taking the State Licensing Exam.
All classes include the textbook, class resources, and presentations. Day classes are offered once a month in Grand Rapids and Muskegon, and night classes are offered every other month in Grand Rapids.

The day class is 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
The night class is for two weeks, from 5:30 pm to 10:30 pm, Monday through Thursday.

STEPS TO OBTAIN A MICHIGAN REAL ESTATE LICENSE
1. Complete the 40-hour prelicensing course
2. Create a MIPlus web account and apply for the license
3. Pass the Michigan Real Estate Licensing Exam
3. Name your supervisory broker (select a brokerage)
