Licensing Class Schedule
Michigan 40-Hour Pre-Licensing Class
Our State-Approved School offers an in-person, State-Required 40-hour Pre-Licensing Class that is required before taking the State Licensing Exam.
All classes include the textbook, class resources, practice tests, study guides, and presentations. Day classes are offered once a month in Grand Rapids and Muskegon, and night classes are offered every other month in Grand Rapids.

Class Times
​
The Day Class is a week-long program that runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with an hour for lunch.
​
The Night Class is a two-week program that runs Monday through Thursday, 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

STEPS TO OBTAIN A MICHIGAN REAL ESTATE LICENSE
1. Complete the 40-hour prelicensing course
2. Create a MIPlus web account and apply for the license
3. Pass the Michigan Real Estate Licensing Exam
3. Name your supervisory broker (select a brokerage)
